I feel bad I can't remember his name. Edison Carter, bro! Man that brought back alotta memories... Ah man yeah... He even found cheats that had obscure confirmation text and didn't appear to do anything, and cheats that did do stuff but had no confirmation text, and cheats that had multiple codes but all did the same thing... Would make it more interesting. But the whole point of a cheat is to get something with little to no effort, so it kind of negates the point when you have to go to extra effort to get them. Depends on the definition of "cheats". Sure, by the literal definition that's the case, but "Cheats" in GTA terms is used to describe some things that cannot literally be called cheats at all. (Weather change, floating/flying/invisible/black/pink cars, ped riot, armed peds, etc etc) Have to agree that some "cheats" would make great rewards for certain achievements (like 100%), but at the same time, some cheats should remain as actual cheats available any time via a number/code. As traditional cheats prevent trophies, autosave, 100%, etc, I think it'd be cool if "unlocked cheats" had no lasting negative effects and could be toggled on or off, so long as they can only be unlocked after the point at which they may be an unfair advantage. It would be cool if at 100% you unlock invincibility (amongst other things), and could just toggle it on when you want to have some fun, and it would give you something to work for, instead of the essentially zero rewards from IV. They asked: "Are there more cheats that the ones we know?" He anwersed: "Yes, a lot more". So the thing is: Can you imagen how many cheats there actually could be in the game. I got a cool idea, why not make it so the character has to hunt down symbols placed around the city/country and take a picture with their phone to unlock a cheat *once found can be used at any time via the phone* maybe the symbols could all be the same as an example a very simple V symbol. that way people could or would have to work together to find these illusive mysteries ^ just a thought!
