Problems in Porting.

So, I ported the leather jacket from GTA TBOGT to GTA IV and some where along the process it came up with this;

So... I have NO IDEA where this glitch came from... As you can see, the left arm is completely fine and non-distorted.

 

wut?

 

Anyway, any help on fixing this, or identifying the problem would be GREATLY appreciated.

From what I remember, it is a problem with bones. Edit the bones.
