DEALUX
I find that poll to be too limiting. I'll be a bit more specific than that. My favorite genre is chiptune, which is a subgenre of electronic music. My other two favorites would have to ambient and techno. Other than that I enjoy a range of other genres as well, but those are my top three favorites that I most listen to. The-King
Favorite genre? I suppose indie synth-pop/rock with a preference toward female vocalists if I can only list one. Though that said, I listen to everything with no real discrimination. |PropagandaIncorporated:|: Steam:|: DeviantArt:|: Last.FM|

Tyler
I've been very partial to punk and electronic influences in my music. Jazz has always been a mainstay as well, and I like the occasional doom/sludge metal in there as well.
na89340qv0n34b09q340
Hip hop, folk, minimalist, and downtempo music mostly. Hip hop covers a lot of different stuff, and I don't like a lot of it, but most of the artists I like are rappers. Folk music is beautiful and you can tell that a lot of the artists are passionate about what they're singing. Minimalist music is interesting (the concept, I mean), and nice to have on in the background when I do other things, same for downtempo. ShadowDog94
Metal is my main genre, along with alternative rock/metal and also industrial rock/metal. I also love ska-punk as well as some 70's and 80's punk. I have a thing for 80's new wave aswell. I try to broaden my tastes as much as possible, but I can't say I listen to a lot of country or rap, although those genres do have some good artists. Andreas
I do not really have a favourite genre, since I listen to all kinds of music except dubstep. Considering all the songs I listen to and used to listen to, there are tens of thousands of songs I like, and they cover every genre possible. I like them all equally; every genre has its good and bad sides. Edited November 26, 2013 by Andreas.
