ScottishHeist123
Grand Theft Auto V will be the first GTA game with a musical score, as well as the radio soundtrack. The question is, what will it be like? Taking in mind the heists, I think (and hope!) it will be similar to these: So what do you guys also think it will be like? redjamspear
Good question. I like the ocean's 11 idea. That film had a superb score, and something along those lines might work well with the time of this game. One thing I can say is that the last 3 R* games with original score all had GREAT music, which fitted perfectly with the games, so I trust them with this. I think the score for RDR made a huge impact on the atmosphere in the game. I'm intrigued.

Rjeev142
All of the shown examples are great examples of what the musical score in gta 5 could be like! Im still curious as to who is making the score? Michael Hunter has done a phenomenal job, in my book, making the theme songs for the last several gta games.
Deffpony
Im fairly certain this is the composer for all the V musical scores
Miss Darko
^^ It's Craig Conner.

(which was was amazing IMO, so expect the best with GTAV's score.) sometimes. you look very strange. somewhat smiling. a little vain. saying not today. The Scottish Guy
If it's as good as Max Payne 3, I'll be satisfied. Just search 'Max Payne 3 airport Health Tears' on YouTube and you'll immediately see what I mean. Actually, here you go. Enjoy. Having listened to some of Health's other songs, they certainly know how to produce some epic beats.

Craig Conner is also the guy who composes many of the pop tracks for some GTA titles, including: ~Most of the Lips 106 songs on GTAIII ~Most of the Head Radio songs on GTAIII ~Most of the Lips 106 songs on GTALCS ~Most of the Head Radio songs on GTALCS ~Most of GTA2 and GTA1 tunes. ~La Vida es Una Lenteja & Yo te Mire (both from Radio Espantoso) on Vice City So yeah, the guy's a genious. BlackNoise
I'm guessing it will based on the protagonist you're controlling. It probably won't just be mission based either. Just think about RDR and how the score worked in that game.
