Here's a more relevant question: Will the GTAV marketing campaign be advanced enough at the time of E3 that they will paint the GTAV murals on the Figueroa Hotel like they did for Max Payne 3 during E3 in 2012? Murals for GTA IV were put up in New York City in July 2007 which was around three months prior to GTA IV's expected release (taking into account that the delay was announced the following month and also the heavy marketing period that GTA IV received) - I would expect murals and the like to start popping up in various places a few months before GTA V's release at the earliest IMO. But, GTA V in general hasn't received a heavy marketing campaign like Max Payne 3 or GTA IV did so I am personally not expecting any murals or the like to start appearing until around a week before GTA V's release. As for GTA V making any sort of an appearance at E3; Rockstar have almost never revealed any information or shown trailers or gameplay from any GTA game at an E3 prior to its release.
