MasterVampire
So Im guessing it has to be done within the melee.dat and WeaponInfo.xml but I can't figure out how to do it. In the WeaponInfo.xml file I tried setting <damage base="1" to 999 but that didnt make any difference. And in the Melee.dat file Im not sure what I should be editing to change it's damage setting. Can anyone help?
lolleroz
The only way to do it (well the only way I found) is to edit the pedstats (unsure if that's how its called, since I don't have GTA IV installed atm) data with notepad, there should be 'PLAYER' label, change his strength from 5 (I think it was either 5 or 6 by default) to 10 for example (should make baseball bat pretty overpowered)

lolleroz
it should be called something like peds.dat or pedstats.dat ... just check all files with 'ped' in them in common/data
