Yeah I can't understand that one.. Bradford hasn't played a full season, since his rookie year I think. He's basically a younger Chris Chandler. Plays at top level as long as he doesn't get hurt. In Bradfords' case.. all the time and man, when he gets hurt, he's out for the whole season . Foles has one awesome breakout season, then falters a bit the next and gets injured, so I guess Chip wasn't taking any chances. But then he kept Mark Sanchez who is.not.that.good. In addition to dropped LeSean McCoy.. I donno man.. I donno... I would continue to put my faith in a guy that rivaled Aaron Rodgers in QB rating, and TD/INT ratio, for at least another year.

It's make or break for Chip. He has gotten to this point by using sheer football knowledge and scheming, so this is what he does and this is all of his work. His background speaks for itself, all we can do is wait and see if his plan works.

 

I hate the Eagles and Ducks, but I think Chip Kelly is one of a very few(living) with a brillant football mind.

Nah, the Seahawks get his contract that he signed last year. 4yrs/$40mil

I also have to say, I've been watching Sam Bradford since High School. He went to my rival High School, so I've been familiar with him for a while. He could've already been one of the best in the league if he wasn't so injury prone. Ever since that BYU game, as a Sooner, in Jerrys World, Bradford cannot stay healthy to save his life.

 

Chip Kelly also grabs Ryan Mathews.

Chip Kelly also said the dumbest thing I've heard in a long time.

 

"Mariota is the best qb in the draft. We will never mortgage our future to go all the way to get someone like that"

 

This is a quarterback driven league, if you don't have one, you won't win. If he thinks Bradford or Sanchez can get them to the playoffs and win, then more power to you but if there's a possibility to get a highly sought after qb you get him. You can get decent players in other positions later.

Washington was just terrible anyways. Who else would they have chosen at the number two over-all pick? Luck was the absolute 100% choice that draft but if you don't take chances, you won't make it far winning in this league. So we will see what his plan is, even though it looks like he's pulling a Josh McDaniels. lol

 

He finished the season for Vick in 2012 before his full season in 2013, but why trade away someone that had a 7 touchdown game, 27-2 TD/IN ratio for someone that had two or so, season ending injuries?

 

 

Oh no no no, lol There is a huge difference between breaking your collarbone and tearing your rotator cuff/labrum in your throwing arm. Of course noone would be all over him after that and San Diego was fine releasing him because they had Rivers behind him anyways.

Poor Murray, I'm glad he got his money. But he has no great QB, WR or TE and a young questionable line.

 

I hope the money and buying into Chips plan is worth it.

 

Cowboys will have a RB by comittee and I think we will draft a RB 1st round or trade out of the first round to get a RB later.

 

I hate to see him go, but our o-line will be back, a long with Romo and Bryant. Plus Lance Dunbar proved to be a great backup, lets see if he can win a starting job.

 

 

I wouldn't be so god damn salty if he didn't go to the Eagles.

I'm thinking Jimmy Graham and Kenny Stills are causing disruption. Fit the offense to well for New Orleans to trade away Graham and hang a young-talented WR out on the block. With aging Colston and Cooks coming off of a knee injury you'd think they'd keep building the receiving core.
