Ravens, and specifically Joe Flacco, knows how to prepare for the playoffs. They remind me a lot of the Giants and Eli Manning. They're mediocre team during the season but get them in the playoffs and they become a team you don't want to reckon with regardless of your record, players or location/weather.

I wish they would've played with the dome open to get that natural air flowing, instead of going onto Lambeau at freezing temperatures.

People over-exaggerating the blown call, but none one on ESPN is even discussing the horrible calls made and missed in the first half a lone. This is partly what the NFL is, if all else fails - blame the refs. Lions had that game won by the second quarter, they blew it big... that's the Lions for you, though.

Hey, its all good. When the Cowboys visit NFL Siberia, the universe will correct itself. Rodgers will be Rodgers. Romo will be Romo.

Guess I'm rooting for either Flacco to get another ring or Peyton(he is running out of time/juice).

So Cam gets in a car accident and cracks a bone in his back. Now coach Rivera's house catches on fire. Must be a sign!

I will laugh if Carolina gets to the Super Bowl and wins it.

The 8-8 Giants beat the undefeated Patriots for the Super Bowl. After that I'll never be surprised in which playoff team wins it all.

They was 10-6 actually.

Though, they did become the first 9-7 team to win it, back in 2011-12 over the Patriots nonetheless.

I don't know what made me think they were 8-8. Thanks for correction.

Well, I'm in before you guys post a meme related to the cowboys beating the packers because Aaron Rodgers wasn't 100 percent.

like it or not, that will ultimately have a lot to do with it.

ask anyone who isn't biased and they'll tell you that Green Bay is a better team than Dallas with Aaron Rodgers health being largely the deciding factor. it's not a meme when it's true.

I could debate the Cowboys are the better team, but there's only 3 more days 'til they can prove it.

Not to sound insensitive but if it's one player to be hurt, I'm glad it will be Rodgers. If he has guts like the guy before him, he'll go out and dominate like normal... especially against that secondary.

Some of those guys been retired for like 10 years and are just now getting to the finals..

And seriously? Jimmy Johnson? He should have been in the HoF YEARS ago. Just let all of them in.

Being a finalist doesn't mean anything. Example, Tim Brown and Jerome Bettis were finalists the last few years but weren't elected.

Same goes with Jimmy Johnson, he was nominated a few times but never made it to be a finalist.

Picks for the week.

Ravens over Patriots 31-28

Seahawks over Panthers 27-17

GBay over Dallas 20-10

Broncos over Colts 34-24

Well it was looking like I picked a perfect game there late in New England.

Except A: Baltimore needed to score a touchdown there instead of that 20something yard field goal and B: Flacco shouldn't have gone for that bomb on 2nd and 5 with less than 2 minutes left.

Kam Chancellor doing those hurdles over Carolina's field goal unit had my dad and I dying. I would have lost it if he actually blocked it. Good game so far! ;o

Yea its ballsy, especially when its Brady you give the ball back to.

The part that really bugs me is he stared the receiver down the entire way. Had he looked the other way and came back this may have been the biggest play of the night.

I'm surprised the Ravens actually managed to get one last shot at the endzone. Now that would have been an even better game winner...Belicheck losing a game because of poor clock management.

Honestly, going back and re-watching the play, his receiver didn't make much of an effort to catch that. Still not a great idea on Flacco's part to throw that pass, but it's the playoffs man, you gotta go up and at least try to get the ball when your QB throws it up for you.

You picked how many points The Ravens got though, that should count for something. :p

Just get the first down and keep moving the ball. But yea, that would be been something if Flacco got that hail mary. Almost.

Also picked Panthers points. Missed both games by one score on the winner. Pretty good :^:

I like how detriot tweeted out, "sorry dallas, we know that feeling" lol

I feel like dallas would've put up more of a fight in seattle than green bay will. They match up much better but we'll see.
