The Afc North is still up for grabs & is too close right now & so unpredictable. A bit incosistent too where they are beating good teams & losing to sh*t teams. I think the steelers take in our division by the end but im not looking past the browns no more though, they are much better then people think.

And like you two above me said, that would be interesting to see a team play in their own stadium in a superbowl but that will probably never happen.

As far as the AFC goes, what teams would some of you rank rank top five so far?

Broncos

Pats

Colts

Steelers

Chiefs

Chiefs and the Colts have always been on my "Cinderella Team" list. People talk about Luck and Smith, but no one really expects the teams to go far. One day, they might prove them wrong.

Andy Dalton got paid big bucks and since then has played like absolute sh*t.

He hasn't changed at all since arriving in the NFL. He is a deer in the headlights, the game at the NFL level is way too big for him. They paid him because he was popular, he sold jerseys and put people in the stands. The same reason they kept Choke Johnson around all that time. I have been a Bengals fan my whole life, and have been watching since Billups dropped a game clinching interception of Joe Montana in the Super Bowl. Andy Dalton will never win a big game. It is mostly Marvin Lewis' fault though. In Cincy there is no one above the offensive coordinator that knows anything about offence, no where near enough to know that their OC sucks. And Marvin Lewis runs more of a country club than an NFL locker room. That's why they always come out flat.

I'm gonna assume Choke Johnson is Chris Johnson. They don't even call him CJ2K no more.

Well, there's someone I completely forgotten.

Hope the Cowboys enjoy their bye week have fun with the jags.

Falcons remaining games are pretty much must wins, as the majority of them are division battles.

What the hell is wrong with the Falcons? High expectations past two years and have fell flat on their face.

I'm actually thinking he mean't Chad 'Ochocinco' Johnson.

Yeah I was talking about the "Ocho Stinko" guy, cant ever remember his real name.(LOL) BTW the Falcons biggest problem is that they suck covering small speedy guys in the flats, it will continue to kill them until they get LB's that can cover it, but play calling is again an issue as well. On offence they are just too bravado. No one in the NFL runs vanilla deeps routs all day, but Atlanta thinks they can.

Man i am so PROUD of my boys in the black & yellow. They had a frustrationing start but through all of it, didn't stay down & got back up and starting playing amazing when it matters. They keep playing like this offensively and we will be going back to the superbowl again. The AFC north is so competitive this year with all four teams above .500.

They're too inconsistent ...

See? Too inconsistent.

Buffalo shot themselves in the foot by fumbling on a sure touchdown run, out of the end zone.

Yeah i know how they are they playing their ass off against top teams and then get lazy with bad teams but we aint the only inconsistent team you know. The Jets outplayed them today & they looked right past them. Way to let everyone down by playing that good three games and then this sh*t. I still got faith in them even though this loss was hard to digest.

This whole damn NFL season is inconsistent. There is no dominant team right now.

Pretty much nailed it. But they haven't had a decent LB since Tuggle retired, or basically since the 1998 team broke up. There was that guy Brian Banks, but the idiot front office cut him from the team, thus leaving the LB position a big question mark, again. LB isn't the only question mark position though. They need some good safeties, and some DEs that aren't lazy as sh*t. We need sacks, we need INTs, we need runs stopped.

I am convinced this is never going to be fixed.

Yeah this has got to be one of the most unpredictable seasons ever. The whole AFC north is still up for grabs, the cardinals are doing really good and ESPN hasn't really been talking about them much.

They just win but nothing fancy and also their loss to Denver. I still think they're the team to beat, and the most consistent. Granted they lost by 22 last week but you put that game in Denver, it's a different story.

Should've been 41-0 at least, gave them their points.

Also, 2 days after Palmer's "no brainer" contract extension(3yr $50mil), may be feared that he tore his ACL. That is why you don't do that during the season.

I'm kind of pissed they pulled Rodgers. I can see why they did it and in the long run its not worth an injury but I feel that if they left him in he could have gotten to 8 TDs and broke the NFL record with how sh*t the Bears are playing

That record will only break when both teams are playing back and forth. Not in a blow-out but he almost had his 7th, twice.

Nick Foles had the best shot. There was like 19 minutes left in the game when he got his 7th.

And that's the bitch of it. Records like that one and the single game passing yards that were set like 50 years ago just won't get broken. Not because they are out of reach but because of players getting taken out of the game or being limited when they approach them. Like tonight with Rodgers being benched even though it would have been almost guaranteed he would have broke the record. Considering there was like 10 minutes left in the 3rd quarter when he failed to get his 7th and got pulled soon after

Like seriously if he hadn't been pulled midway through the third like that and if McCarthy would have just started airing it out on every play because he has nothing to lose we would be looking at a 70 point game and an NFL record in TD passes. I understand ethics and everything but when you are the Packers playing the Bears you want to grab as many bragging rights as you can and you also want to take any opportunity you can to allow your MVP candidate QB to pad his stat line.

Nah, he still gave him a push but yea he definitely overplayed it.

Yea, Stanton is 2-1 at QB when Palmer was out. So they can probably still go 5-2 or so(losing @SF and @SEA)

We will see tonight if it was even a bigger flop letting Sanchez go, but I highly doubt it.

I don't understand why everyone's acting like the Cardinals season just took a huge hit. If you thought Carson Palmer could lead them to the promise land, then Stanton isn't really a stretch. The guy can get it done. I really wish Detroit had kept him. Now we have to sick our Suhnami defense on him. Sorry Drew!

all I'm saying is that if he thought he could've picked it he would stayed arm and arm with graham not hurling himself onto the ground like he got hit by a car.

& yea sanchez sucks but he's sure better than gino, and possibly better than vic in his current state.

as far as the cardinals go I've always liked them. they have larry fitzgerald who's been underrated for years and also they have the honeybadger. the cardinals are definitely still a Super Bowl contender but i don't see them winning it all.

I don't understand why people are so high of Stanton when he hasn't proved sh*t in his NFL career. He has a good arm and is under the right head coach, but he hasn't done anything noteworthy in his career besides doing things this season when Palmer was hurt.

He is in the right system and has the perfect defense to help him carry this team to a super bowl. We shall see.

Sanchez is actually playing pretty good tonight. Lookin like a mistake on the Jets part but we know how these one games go. Just look at Flynn and can say cassell's season with the pats.

I was upset they lost in 2008, I like KWarner and fitz and cause I hate the Steelers.

i think sanchez has something to prove, being terrible in ny and then a backup in philly i think has motivated him. He's young enough to develop, however you're right- its not time to hop on the sanchez bandwagon just yet.

However i think they sh*tty performance from the panthers (what the hell is cam doing?) is contributing to making the eagles look real good right now. Props to my dude Sproles! (why did the saints get rid of him? dumbass decision imo)

Yea, letting Sproles go is one of those 'why?' thoughts. If you have no cap room, you make cap from for that kind of player.

Saints without them are playing exactly what they are, a .500 team.

Perhaps the OL was just so sh*tty with the Jets that it limited Sanchez's abilities. I mean, a quarterback's success depends completely on that line. He's not a bad player. I saw him duck out of quite a few potential sacks that Nick Foles surely would have gone down on during the Carolina game. He worked the pocket well. I don't hate him, but I'm still on edge about his likelihood for turnovers and general low completion %, but I still think he's probably a better choice than Foles, anyway.

I have noticed that the Cardinals haven't been getting much coverage. They seem like a bit of a silent threat right now.

And uh, the Steelers and the Jets. What even?

Arizona and Cincinnati were basically my sleeper picks this year, and so far they're doing it.

the Bengals are 1 game back and the Cards have been surprising every single opponent. their only loss to my Broncos could have gone either way.
