you can't tell from the footage whose hands the ball wound up in last.

 

I agree they should have reviewed it, it was dumb to let the game end on that play.

but the call on the field was STL ball. the replay footage they had would not have been strong enough to overturn the call.

And of course they couldn't get it done against Dallas. Our secondary flat out sucks. I think this may be the game that shows how truly incapable the Giants remain at pulling out victories against tougher teams. No way they make the playoffs now, as horrible as that feels for me to admit. I know it's still early in the season, but I just don't like what I'm seeing now.

You're right but from a few views it definitely was under a Seahawks player. The thing was, they called it down and they stopped rummaging through the pil. So that basically negates a review on possession even though there's a new rule that they can use to review and see who has possession.

 

Either way, karma got them back for their fail mary.

That whole division sucks. But they have been playing like sh*t, especially when they scored all of their points against th bucks. Lol

You can argue the Colts are, 27-0 win over the Bengals. Broncos of course; especially the way our defense is palying, Dallas with their running game. Cardinals are looking strong every week.

Well I don't see how Denver could not. Especially if we get homefield advantage. It still bothers me how we lost to the Ravens at home the first year with Manning. Hurt worse than how the Super Bowl went.

 

 

 

Also, how does this work out; Stafford(Feb '88) is like a year and a half older than Luck(Sep '89) but Stafford has played in 3 more years in the NFL than Luck. The math don't add up!

 

Ok, never mind. Stafford graduated high school early and started his freshman year at 18('06-'07) and played until his junior season at 21(08-09), while Luck was redshirt listed his freshman year at 19(08-09) and played until basically his senior year at 22(2011-12).

 

 

 

 

Favre averaged about 26/27 TDs in his 20 year career(300 games).

 

Peyton is averaging about 32 in his 17 year career(246 games). They both technically missed a season in their career but if Manning plays as long as Favre did; about 3 more years after this one. He would have 96 more touchdowns- he's on pace for 50 this year, he would end his career at a potentially unbreakable record of 640 touchdowns. Which is unreal!

 

Same thing with yards. Could end it with over 82k

 

Favre 71,838 - 240/gm | 3840/yr

Peyton 66,812 - 272/gm | 4352/yr

 

 

So, Luck is on pace for 44 tds. Which would put him at 90 tds(30/yr) in his career. He would need to average 30 tds for the next 14 season just to tie Peyton at 510. He's the closest, known player, to be on pace to even consider breaking it, so be it, no injuries.

 

Aaron Rodgers would've been the closest, if he didn't have to sit behind Favre for his first three years. He would've already past 300 this year.

 

 

 

All and all, if Peyton wins one more Super Bowl; which would make him the first starting QB to win it with two teams. There is no doubt or argument that would say otherwise about him being the greatest quarterback of all time.
