Solid opening night performance by Saquon. Even though he plays for the hated Eagles, I'm still rooting for him. He's finally with a franchise that knows what its doing. Giants have been stumbling and bumbling since the last SB. I predict seven wins.

Broncos vs. Pittsburgh next week. Will be interesting to see if we start Russ or roll with Fields.

i expected the Jets to lose to the 49ers so i'm not too mad about it, Rodgers looked like Rodgers just less mobile (the constant futile attempts to get the run game going instead of letting Aaron do his thing was annoying to watch), the O line held it's own for the most part (except for the aforementioned run game), it was mostly the defense that was concerning. San Fran had like 6 scoring drives in a row (they were mostly field goals but that's still no bueno) and they ran the ball like it was CMC playing. i can't imagine how much they would have lost by if he was in the game. if they lose to Tennessee that will definitely be a cause for concern

Today's loss wasn't on Daniel Jones...it was defense and special teams.

This is going to be a long season....next few games are against the Browns, Cowboys, Seahawks, Bengals, Eagles.....are they winning any of those?

 

If the Jets had an average QB, they lose. That Tennessee defense is tough. Rodgers made some sweet throws, and of course Levis is the gift that keeps on giving. Coach lit his azz up.

 

Lot of surprises this week. Sam Darnold is 2-0. Seems like he's resurrected his career like another former Jets QB, Geno Smith.

 

WTH happened to the Cowboys defense, damn!

Baker finding his footing again with Tampa is such a feel good story, especially with how the Browns are doing now with Mr. Massages (yea i know they just beat the Jags but Watson has looked like straight dookie butter since arriving), you love to see it, straight up poetic justice

The Steelers lost today but I am impressed by Justin Fields, I definitly think he is the Qb of the future.

 

And I also think Jaden Daniels is legitimate, he was unstoppable his last year in college so I'm not surprised by how he's doing.

Just end the season once again. And apparently Rodgers is a bit banged up again. What is it this time? Shoulder? Leg? Preventable disease?

Hackett should have fired too, but he's Rodgers boy. As Mike Francesca said on his podcast, defense is doing its job, but Hackett is not running a legit NFL offense. He's going to get Rodgers killed unless he makes adjustments, gets the running game going and stop dinking and dunking. But for all the dysfunction, first place is right there for the Jets with a win Monday night against Buffalo.

Just End The Season indeed, i don't know why i even bother tuning into Jets games anymore. swear to christ Namath did a deal with the devil to win SB III but in turn curse the franchise forever. can't wait for them to give me hope and then piss it all away for the umpteenth time. at this rate i'm finna become full time hater &/or just a fan of the sport with no real allegiance to any particular team

Despite all their issues, if the Jets can get to the bye week with 5 or 6 wins, they can still make a push for a wild card. Next four games are NE, Houston, Arizona & Indy.

 

I root for the other NY football team...they're officially done, lol.

The only hope for the Jets (and my Giants) is for Woody Johnson & John Mara to have a James Dolan revelation moment, finally hire the right people and leave them alone. Brain-Dead Dolan made the Knicks a dumpster fire for nearly 20 years until Rose & Co., slowly turned things around. They also got lucky finding a hidden gem in Jalen Brunson who blossomed into a star right before our eyes. That's what the NY football teams need.
