Did I hear this right during the game? The Rams are 4-2 for the first time in eleven years? Still not getting excited for another couple weeks.

Since everyone went out in my loser pool (Bears, Dolphins, Giants won, 7 people). Gotta pick again, so I'll probably go with the Packers(vs Saints) until further notice lol

My brother and I picked the Packers. All of the other ones were iffy. Giants at home vs the Seahawks? That's a long way to travel for the Hawks. 49ers? Yea, they're playing the Cowboys at home, but each one of their games, besides the first game, was decided by a missed 2pt conversion, two overtime games, an opportunity to kick a winning fg stopped by a pick and then just by 3 points. Bengals? Can't trust the Steelers. Browns? Yea, I guess but they're bound to win at some point lol Packers? Seemed the most logical, lost Rodgers for the year and playing against the high powered Saints.

Denver needs to send Lynch and a couple first round picks for Luck and hope his shoulder issues isn't serious and try to find a good right tackle. Even though it's not Siemian's fault, but I'm off that wagon.

Carson Wentz looks like a high-quality franchise QB

 

Deshone Kizer is not ready to be a starter.

 

Kirk Cousins is good but falls short on primetime again, he's very Andy Dalton like, though I think he is slightly better than Andy Dalton

 

Cam Newton is extremely inconsistent & not accurate he has been great for 1 year thus far...overated.

 

Matt Ryan has gone back to being a good but not great QB the guy has been in this league for a decade...he has been great for 1 season...good

not great.

 

The Saints look like a legit contender with their improved defence & Drew Brees is showing me why he is a top 10 all-time NFL QB.

 

Packers will more than likely not make the playoffs.

 

Trevor Siemian is mediocre.

 

The Patriots will be just fine and could get to another SuperBowl, in fact, I think they will!...also Brady is the GOAT what he is doing at 40 is amazing!

Cam Newton is extremely immature. Ive bren a big fan of his, but the fact that the guy gets bad attention from not only his poor play but his in his press conferences should say enough. Hopefully he turns it around but I honestly think he doesnt have the enthusiasm or the drive to play ball anymore.

The Browns could've had some of these good QBs running around the league; like Wentz, and Watson. Would they have been as good as they are for their team now but on the Browns? Who knows.

 

With Siemian? Idk anymore. That o-line is still garbage, and we still continue to not run the ball.

As a faithful member of Americas Team, watching Carson Wentz develope like this is troubling. Ive said in here that I thought he could progress as a QB, especially with Pederson. I wasnt hoping at this rate though. Im buying into the eagle hype, hands down the best team in the NFC right now.

 

 

I think the Browns are cursed at QB. The madden curse doesnt have sh*t on this one.

482yds of offense, 3rd most without a touchdown in a game. lol Not sure who the top two are.

 

 

Stafford also has the most passing yards without a touchdown of 443 back in 2012.

 

 

 

Edit - Did research on PFR, it was the Bengals in 94 with 496yds with a 20-17 win in OT vs Seahawks and then 84 49ers with 501 in a 14-6 loss. Coincidentally, that was the most passing yards (Montana) without a TD before Stafford broke it, 441.

They had the best RB ever in their backfield and never wanted to use him in the redzone, but now that we can‘t run to save our lives it‘s all they f*cking do, and f*cking draw plays? If I wanted to watch Ohio State‘s offense I‘d rewatch last night‘s game. At least they can f*cking score TD‘s...

 

Its fine though, we‘ll just waste another great player‘s career with stupid sh*t and wonder why they resent the organization for years.

Well, Colts won, so three more people out (4 out, out of 7 this week) - including my brother but whatever. All other picks lost, Bucs/Bengals, so that leaves 3 people left. $320 on the line

 

Judging by today's performance, I'll choose the Texans going into the Rams for my pick next week. lol
