That is very unlikely since Rockstar would have to tone down the graphics or basically everything from the game. It sounds much more likely to me that GTA IV would release for mobile devices on the 10 years anniversary and before that, GTA San Andreas would release for mobile deveices on its 10 years anniversary. Time elapsed between IV and V: 5.5 years I could understand it taking a while the first time because they were starting from the ground up with a new engine and new consoles, but why has it taken an extra two years for hardware they're now familiar with? The 10 years anniversary of GTA San Andreas is in October 2014 so over one and a half years from now. Personally, I do not think that Rockstar is announcing or releasing anything significant in the last week of April since they usually only do it for the 10 years anniversaries of their games, not for the 5 years anniversaries.
