I've been trying to do "Harboring A Grudge" today in GTAIV, but have failed 4 times. 1st time: Dropped grenade too close to truck while driving and it blew up. 2nd time: Threw grenade at bunch of guys, but it rolled too far into the garage and blew up truck. 3rd time: Fell off roof into water and got shot up. 4th time: Truck blew up just before dropping it off. What baffles me is this mission (like most in GTA IV) isn't even that hard as I've passed it with no problems in previous saves, but I keep f*cking it up. The Odyssey Posted February 20, 2013 Share Posted February 20, 2013 Liquidize the assets Attempt #1 - Got shot to death by a guy coming up the stairs Attempt #2 - Got shot to death by a guy while going down the stairs Attempt #3 - Threw a grenade through the door to blow up the van, the van blew up and got in the way of the door, i tried sneaking past the fire but i caught alight and died I also did all of those you said for harboring a grudge. Know I try many times f*cking slowing down Hilary's car including shooting the car's tires and trying to box it and many other attempts but in the end, the results are: MISSION FAILED. GTA VC: The Driver - I can usually do this first go but the over day I just couldn't do it. The_Anti-tragedy Posted February 21, 2013 Share Posted February 21, 2013 No Escape?: (Vice City) -Shooting Cam Jones with Python by accident -Got busted because Cam was a slow-ass bitch -Shot down by five cops and realized there was a Sentinel to my right The Job: (Vice City) -Killed by SWAT because of aiming view for assault rifle -Busted outside because taxi couldn't make it over a curb -Outside, three Miami Vice references smashed into my car and Phil died Gun Runner: (Vice City) -Tires on car got repeatedly shot by backup Faggios and I was chasing a car on the bridge and I skidded into the water -Ran over by two Waltons at the same time Replaying Chinese Takeout: (TBoGT) -Got killed by fat Chinese guy -Willfully killed Tony to stop what happens in the future of the game and for being a neurotic douche. Swear to god cop cars are impossible to find in the mission, then when you DO find one and shoot at it the cop just gets out straight away so you can't lure it in to the garage.. My most loathed missions are: GTA LCS: The Portland Chainsaw Masquerade When I was younger I had no idea at all how to complete this mission. I thought what you had to do was run around in circles and hope the Leones saw each other up Then Vinni is suddenly packing massive heat after all that crap and you have NO TIME to react. It took me A MONTH to pass this mission. GTA LCS: Love on the Rocks I got slaughtered in this mission every damn time. Come to think of it, all of Love's missions in this game were ridiculous. Screw him. I was only 8 when I won GTA LCS, so that's why my retarded adventures occurred. The only mission I hated in GTA IV was the Snow Storm because I never got the hint to take the TRUCK RIGHT NEXT TO THE BUILDING after finishing off the hospital.
