Ray Carter Posted February 19, 2013 Share Posted February 19, 2013 For those of you who don't know what the RC Cam is: http://www.grandtheftwiki.com/RC_Cam I think this Vehicle was used in a Deleted mission in which Carl had to remote control a Flowerpot fitted with a hidden Camera in order to spy on someone. Hence the name Remote Control Hidden Camera. It would be similiar to the mission in Vice City Stories in which you controled a Domestobot. The Mission would have been to drive the Flowerpot around a House, while remaining stationary when someone would walk past. Although there is no other evidence suggesting a deleted mission of this sort, or any mission that could have once involved a hidden Camera, I think my theory is quite plausable. Instead of Carl going in with a Camera, he could have remote controled the Plantpot to drive around the building.
