Returning characters from IV?

So R* had stated that no main characters in the IV saga are returning for V but that there will be many refences/ relations to the minor characters that were there. What characters do you think might have a small encore in V? I have a couple possible theories i'd like to share....

 

Carmen Ortiz- The girl always talked about making it big and being a celeb. She even mentioned making her way to L.S. at some point. With that in mind, and seeing as how V takes places 4-5 years later, i could certainly see an ingame tv appearance with Carmen or even her own show. How f*cking funny would that be honestly? "Hey yall, it's yo girl Carmen. This is Carmen's World!!"

 

Michelle a.k.a [Karen] - Does anybody else think that we haven't seen the last of this lady. She's initially jus a gf at the beginning but then you find out over a period of time that she's heavily involved with the government. I suppose you'd say shes forced into it..but you never do find out what she did to land herself in that position. You're not sure if she was doing it for the greater good or to make up for her possible crime filled past. Seeing as how the F.I.B plays a biggers role in V i think there's a possibilty Michelle might pop by. Maybe she's on a new assignment or possibly having some role in Michaels story/past..

 

A McReary family member - Now I know R* said no packie this time around but i belive some new family might be in store for us. We got to pretty much know the entire main McReary family and there were a lot of them...but what about packies possible uncles?? or even cousins?? Similar to how we found out the Caesar was Catalinas cousin the III era. They said they all stayed in Liberty..but from personal experience... Irish families can be pretty big and diverse. Plus, if i recall there was an Eddie Mcreary in the casting call for voice actors..interesting

 

Tony Prince a.k.a Gay Tony - I don't personally think he'll be in 5 but i think that his legacy will carry into the V timeline. Maybe by this point he decided to take Yusuf Amir's offer and expand his clubs far and wide. Maybe we'll get to party in Tony's newest clubs and/or events. Seeing as how hollywood and all of SoCal is very popular with the gay scene i wouldnt doubt he's got his own boy bar here. Plus, i always thought it was odd that even after the ending cutscene Tony's name jus dissappears out of your phone like he jus vanished. Where did he go? who knows.

 

Lost M.C. and/or Angels of Death - I believe at this point in the series we may find out what happened to a couple of the Lost from Liberty after it disbanded. Seeing as one of the two groups started in San Andreas i think we'll definitely see one return.

 

I think the HD era has the most epic story of any past gta and V will be no exception..well these are just a few of my theories..anybody care to share ?

Carmen is a safe assumption.

 

For Karen, it's hard to say, but remember, she didn't work for the fib, but some top secret agency like the CIA, now we know they'll probably have some sort of role in V but who even knows if Karen will be involved, for all we know, she got her life back in the mid west.

 

A McReary family member i'm not so sure about

 

Tony Price strikes me as more of a Vice City kind of guy.

 

And by looking at the photo of the desert runway when Trevor is taking off, one or both of them are coming back, I mean, it's the country side, they're sure going to play a role of an antagonist, for Trevor at least, in the country side.
