I would like zombie mode, but maybe R* could put a different approach on it and indeed do an ALIEN mode for it. Now if they want to do some crazy DLC set the game in an alternate Los Santos where all the characters of the main game are actually Vinewood actors and the pedestrians are just extras, all the missions that take place in the DLC are actually just scenes from a movie which include Michael bay levels of over the top action. They could even have a mission where the crew has to do a scene where they take out zombies to please all the zombie fans. I know it's not going to happen, but some of you overreact to the idea of an Undead Nightmare DLC for GTA V. It's weird. You all keep saying "it's the same thing, oh just play Left 4 Dead, or Dead Island." Thing is, it's not the same thing. The only thing it would be similar to is Undead Nightmare. That's the only Rockstar Games styled zombie game we have ever gotten with the open-world, gameplay, and mechanics of GTA. You want people to stop asking for the same thing? Stop using the same pathetic argument that doesn't even apply. On-topic, alien DLC isn't the same as something like Undead Nightmare. You're just looking for science-fiction DLC now. It's easy to imagine Micheal, Trevor and Franklin in a situation like that. Micheal having to care for his family, plan things out. Trevor trying to take advantage of the whole thing. Franklin stealing things, definitely cars, maybe gathering supplies. They'd also be able to work together and pull "heists" to get the things they need to, to survive. With the very little chance that there will be a zombie DLC (Undead Nightmare was a homage which is why Redemption got it), this seems likely and it would be interesting to see play out.
