Dismemberment in this game?

-first, I'm really sorry if this is in the wrong section

 

In my current copy of GTA Vice City, there is no dismemberment except for the heads. I think I remember seeing arms and legs getting detached from bodies in my old copy of Vice City that I played a long time ago until some jerk from high school lost my cd.

But I'm probably wrong, maybe I'm just mistaking it for GTA3.

So I'm wondering if there are both "censored" and "uncut" versions of GTA Vice City, and if there's a version in which arms and legs do get detached like in GTA 3. Or if all versions are the same, or at least there isn't a version with more gore than just the head being cut off.

If there is a version with more dismemberment, I'm really interested in it.

I believe there isn't any dismemberment besides the head. You can shoot people in the leg or shoulder and it would occur much more often with using an assault rifle which would cause the pouring of more blood from those areas which in GTA III would translate to that limb being taken off but it doesn't happen in Vice City.
