But I was wondering if it is possible to mod what colour the gang cars have with it effecting the different people. NTAuthority Posted February 19, 2013 Share Posted February 19, 2013 The non-hooking way to do this would likely be to create a duplicate of the cars you want (using the usual methods to 'add cars', I don't know how stable they generally are - you could try) and setting the carcols for those models to the gang colors. Download last version of Vehicle Audio Loader Download MoreVehicles.asi. Put to GTA SA directory. It is used to hook up limit of max number of vehicles which is 212 vehicles by default, to 1000 vehicles. Open cargrp.dat, see what vehicles you want to duplicate greenwoo, savanna, voodoo # Gang 2 (FAMILIES - PLAYER - BLACK) Let's say it will be greenwoo Open models\gta3.img (or models\vehicles.img if you have IMG Organizer installed). Extract model greenwoo.dff, greenwoo.txd Rename it to redwoo.dff, redwoo.txd for instance. Import redwoo.dff and redwoo.txd to IMG archive. Open data\vehicles.ide Find greenwoo. It is: 492, greenwoo, greenwoo, car, GREENWOO, GREENWO, null, poorfamily, 10, 0, 0, -1, 0.7, 0.7, 0 Copy it to the place before "end" in vehicles.ide, it's place past the line of 611 vehicle. Preferably search this text: ; you will add entries of new vehicles probably here Remove this comment (comment is ignored anyway). Paste entry of greenwoo here. Search groups where you want to add redwoo, civil groups and leave greewoo only for gangs. Search for greenwoo and replace to redwoo if it isn't gang group. Save file. Information: cargrp.dat has limit, 23 vehicles per group. If you put more than 23 vehicles, game won't crash. Simply 24th, 25th, 26th... (23 + n)th vehicle will never appear in game traffic.
