Oyster Questions/help

hey guys,

I'm on the last 5 oysters but I can't seem to find them. Any help?

Also, a few questions:

1: Do you have to collect them in order?

2: Do they spawn at different times of the day?

3: Do they spawn at the listed location?

Thanks for the help.

Have you been following a map exactly?

Sometimes when I'm doing collectibles, I tend to skip one to get one that's closer then I forget to go back because I think I've already got it, maybe that's what has happened to you.

If you're on PC, you can always use the SAMA device to find out what ones exactly you have missed.

EDIT

1: No

2: No

3: Yes

1. No, you can collect them in any order.

2. No, they're always located in the same places, no matter the day or anything else.

3. Yes, they spawn at the listed location (I believe you mean here a map or something).

To find the last missing oysters, I suggest you use SAMA (San Andreas Mission Analyzer). To install it, put the SAMA.exe in the main San Andreas directory. To run it, simply click SAMA.exe, load your save file, press Alt+Tab to get out of the game and press an icon that analyzes the save file (remember that you need to press that button in order to refresh SAMA). It's the second key on the first button list.

You need to press it after you've loaded your save file and got out of the game by using Alt+Tab. It looks like this: user posted image

miromiro: i can't seem to download the file. it's got some kind of virus on it. is there anything you can do to remove it?

You're not the first one to report this, but I can surely guarantee you that there's no virus in it. I believe that Avira is one of the anti-viruses that detects a false virus. Best would be to add it to the exceptions.

However, if you still don't wish to put the file on your PC, upload your save file here and I'll find the missing oysters without collecting them - I'll show you pics of their locations. It's up to you what you choose to do. icon14.gif

Alright, I found them:

First 3: Located in the North Western San Andreas Area

(The Bayside - Tierra Robada - Gant Bridge - San Fierro Bay Zone)

Last 2: Located in the South Western Los Santos Area

(Flint County - Santa Maria Beach - Verdant Bluffs Zone)

As you can see, the Yellow dots show the EXACT location of the oyster, while I used RED arrows in order to make them more visible. Go to those places and find the remaining oysters, and go ahead strongly for the 100% completion! biggrin.gif

Glad to help. Yes, you need to do that mission in order to achieve 100% completion.

Take a look at this page. Not only it's a 100% checklist, but it gives you the opportunity to check the things you've done and save them. So, next time you visit the page, the stuff you've done will be checked. Try to do this and you'll find out what you've got left to 100% completion much easier. icon14.gif

Yes, you need it to unlock the mission. You have two ways of obtaining it:

  • Longer Way: Date her up to 35% - 40% progress and she'll leave you the key at her house.
  • Shorter Way: Kill her and take the key card.

It's up to you which way you choose. icon14.gif

To add to this, it only takes 2 dates with the Gimp suit to get the key card..I have confirmed this on my V2 game.

Also, an easier method to find what you have left to do is to upload your save to the SnP site and you can see a checklist of everything that is done and which needs to be done. Only SA has this nice feature. lol smile.gif

GO to the red icon when she comes out to see you can and Kill her with any gun

Use any weapon that CJ has. Shoot her as you would any NPC.

I don't like to hear about killing her, as she's the nicest of the GFs.

Once CJ has met her, wear the gimp suit on two more dates and you have the key.

I found these to be the most accurate maps for collectables.

i meant how can I kill her when she's outside.

just kill her

Go to her place when she's available for a date. Trigger the date and then kill her. After you kill her, Woozie will call you saying that he can now access Millie's house and get the key-card. Then all you have to do is go inside here house and get it!. wink.gif
