EDIT: Besides all movies are recorded in 24 FPS and I don't see you bitching about that? Now do I? The difference between 30 fps and 60 fps is very noticeable. (Just a friendly reply. ) Then again, nobody is the same, so that may be true for you, but not for others. As far as I'm concerned the real benefit comes when the workload gets a bit heavy graphics-wise. A system/program that is only capable of 25-30 fps is going to dip toward "slideshow" territory. And if people are referincing to GTA IV it's old game and first try for Rockstar with RAGE engineon new hardware. The least try to compare it with RDR,yes most of scenery was basick mountain and e.t.c but still,for example undead nightmare,when you're in Blackwate,30+ zombies running at you non-stop action or in woods whatsoever,there's no lag. You should just shut the f*ck up and wait for game to be released and then butsh if you suffer some fps drops. No one gives a sh*t about these speculations,whate-so-ever. When i see a game like RAGE or the Cod games, which are 60 fps, or even the recent Metal Gear Rising, and then i check out a 30 fps game like Halo 4, the difference is VERY easy to notice.If we can have a GTA next-gen with 60 fps i'm gonna go nuts, that would be insanely cool. I'm using a 60 inch plasma for my gaming and better believe how easy its to notice if it's a 30 or 60 fps game. With 30 you get 'shudder' effects, kinda like a blur or whatever..it's quite distracting too, but with 60 fps its smooth as hell and nothing of those weird effects can be seen anymore. Yeah, I know it was Noclue_42 referencing the 2nd Amendment. He probably meant the First Amendment which is Freedom of Speech. But if Noclue_42 is American, which I think he is, that's more than just a little mistake. It's not like it's a typo either. It's a long way between typing "2nd" and "1st". Anyway, this is a bit off topic, isn't it. We should be talking about Frames per Second. ... Umm ... I know! ... What do you think realistic steak would be like at 60fps? The warning was valid. Platform wars where you nag on about how one version is better than the other is old and stupid. You didn't even talk about the frames per second. If you said the FPS on PC is better - that's understandable (obviously) considering the thread. How will we able to enjoy the game? I played GTA IV on PS3 and it ran like sh*t, the frame rate was always below 30 and when there was too much going on it went under 20! And the PS3 version looks too blurry! But that was 5 years ago and R* didn't have much experience with the today`s current consoles, but over the years they gained a lot of experience, just look at RDR it runs pretty smooth even on the PS3!
