But not too care anymore as been trying to kill the waiting time for more V info by playing other games whilst I wait. But seriously though R* needs to hurry up as I don't think us fans or shareholders can wait too long for info, especially after the long unexpected additional delay to actually play the game. Yes they always leave you wanting more and the games they release are phenomenal but it frustrates the hell out of me waiting on info before release. Two months go by and they finally release one screenshot of a helicopter thats almost exactly the same screen as one we already have lol whatever. In my opinion they make the best games with the highest replay value of any that ever existed. But damn, they are masters of the mind f*ck. GTA VC - I didn't mind the wait, coming to these forums was good, it was all fun anticipation and disection of every detail. GTA SA - Same as VC, It was a fun time. GTA V? Well.. Something smells wrong here, I have no idea what it is? Maybe they announced too early and the waiting has become stale? Or Maybe, Maybe I had similar feelings when GTA VC and SA wait was going on but after the game released, the bad memory has been forgotten? Kinda like being pregnant? I just don't know.. I just can't remember being annoyed about the delays and waiting for previous titles.. Maybe in my old age, I have just become more impatient? I need to talk to my therapist again. Seems like the GTA-SA experience was longer than that, but I guess it's only the longer publicity timelines of games since then, like RDR, LA Noire and GTA IV that has skewed my perception of time. And like Raynos said, maybe we have selective memory and I am only remembering the good parts of the GTA SA buildup. I also was happier with the pacing of info leading up to RDR, again maybe just remembering the good things. Anyway, I'm trying to imagine how different my life would have been the last 15 months if I had not been spending hours on this forum every day looking for the rare nuggets of knowledge or worthwhile observations. I'm actually guessing we'll have to wait another 3-4 months for information. Also, I'm still waiting for a PC version announcement. I keep thinking about how great it would have been if they timed everything better. They could have gradually built up hype and anticipation making it get bigger and better all the way up to the release. Instead, they get us excited, make us wait forever, get us excited again, mislead us, make us frustrated and indifferent, and who knows what they'll do next. Morons. Outside of this forum, there aren't many people talking about GTA V. Most people don't seem to care about it. Isn't this the biggest GTA fan site? E3 we should see a new trailer and another few screenshots following months before a launch trailer in August. They'll most likely throw in a story run down in there too.
