How to record a landing plane as cutscene?

Hi all,could you show me how to record the andromeda airplane landing and an actor alighting from it (in las venturas) as a cutscene? I cant figure out how to record the flying plane with the cutscene option and also I want it to be triggered when i reach a specific checkpoint
