So without further introduction lemme begin, as we know the rarest car in IV was the muthaf*ckin Infernus as it was only used as 1 of Stevie's car we had to steal and we got one from that gay kid Bernie/Florian (1 of my fav characters btw) after the mission Buoys Ahoy and that's about it, you couldn't find it anywhere else in LC, now... go to Hove Bitch, I mean Beach and look for Uranus or Schafter, it's freakin everywhere man, in V, I and you and you want to find a car suitable to a hood you're in eg, Ganton - Lowriders, Downtown - Congoscenti, PMP-600, Sports Cars, Taxis, Limmos ect. I was sorta pissed off when I went to Bohan Industrial in an Infernus and it was everywhere, and when I somehow died I couldn't find it anywhere. I really do hope R* will do something about it.

OP is actually right, the IV's car spawn system was kinda sh*tty...

The Infernus wasnt that rare. Even if you couldnt find it in free roam, you could use the one you get from Bernie, take it to Bohan, park it at that safehouse, then take one of the millions that are driving around that area and do what you want with it. If you destroy it, you can always go back to Bernies Infernus, spawn more, and repeat.
