I mean, having a patient survive for almost two years after a diagnosis of terminal cancer that was at such a late stage is a really good outcome. Clearly you are sorely lacking knowledge about the almighty TV show Scrubs. Had you seen all of the 182 episodes - each and every one a roller coaster ride of chills, thrills and kills - you surely would have learned from Elliott's encounter with some patient that telling them they'd die soon even though they won't is not a good thing. See, Elliott told a gentleman he had 6 months to live. Yet, after 6 months, he was still not dead. So he came back to the hospital to find out what's up. In a heart-wrenching episode of typical scrubbish grandeur that gentleman explains how he had prepared himself to die, wasn't able to feel joy anymore and had suffered from oh ever so many psychological problems. "8 months ago I gave you 6 months to live" - "you know, i really prepared myself" - "yeah, that misdiagnose was totally my fault - so sue me!" And then he sues her. What an unbeliavable piece of perfection right thurr. I hear season 10 is set to start 13/09/17, we'll see if they don't delay it again. Perfection takes time. Like Scrubs S09.
