The drug is also known as "LSD." Since Frankie Boyle is retired and no longer working (or as much as he used to) he has plenty of time to take Acid whilst playing GTA further enhancing his experience. I didn't get it and I still don't really get it and I knew he was talking about drugs from the moment I read it. It's very simple... He just wants to take some LSD when he plays GTA V. The "problem" is he needs to get some. That's why the hashtag is #retirementproblems It's just a simple joke. Nobody's trying to prove they're grown up.
