Construction realism

I give half credit to other similar topics, but I think it would be cool if the construction was real in gta v. Like I'd there is construction on a highway (exactly like gta iv) it would be completed in a certain amount of time. Or if construction is building a new road in the "desert" it would be completed. Cool idea but I don't think it would be possible...

More likely any changes will be tied to missions. So once you complete a mission where a building blows up, it will be blown up forever. Or other things might be built based on specific missions.

They sort of did this in previous GTAs.

Ya in gta iv where the building catches fire and it got chared, it stayed chared until the end of the game

I think it could work if it builds after certain missions. It would be cool if the last mission was a shootout in the Mile High Club at its opening.

That would work between periods of time between missions like "2 months later" or like Mafia 2, where you got in a far year ahead and a lot changed, otherwise I don't see how it could work, it would be great though if they made something like "if you play the game for more then 200 hours, the city will change a lot", that would be insane and a reason to make people play, but I think we're still few years away till someone does that step.

Why should it not be possible? There would just be a random generator needed that is generating the construction lots in the game e. g. after every loading / saving of the game. So the only thing now is that the workers should not just stand around and hold only a little sign, they should do their work like digging with a bucket or heavier machines like a digger.
