wendtcod Posted February 16, 2013 Share Posted February 16, 2013 Reloading in previous gta's have been boring, and show an animation reloading while the clip is still in the weapon. No, they didn't made it for IV because they were new with RAGE, but as you may see in RDR and MP3 they already know how to develop more animation techniques, they know the engine more than ever.
