Game not launching

It won't launch, I didn't mod the game, It was working fine a before.

It once had a rundll32 problem, or something like that (i fixed it with an asi)

And now it won't run, Removed the asi, and stuff, but won't work.

I also remember using a Securom remover program before this error appeared.

It happens to all SA copies i have, A clean one, A modded one, United etc.

Try removing the gta_sa.set file located in the San Andreas User Files folder. Where do you have the game from as well? Do you play with the original DVD in your Drive? Are you still using mods? Have you tried un-installing and re-installing the game? What about trying to run it as administrator or in Windows 98 Compatibility mode?

Then either your system updated something the game doesn't like or your DVD is dirty/scratched.

Or you have a pirated/torrent/warez game that has reached its end, and there are No-fixes.

 

If the game worked and has a sudden stop then deleting the gta_sa.set file usually works.

If the System updated a Driver that the game doesn't like then try a roll-back to when the game worked.

 

If you're using a 'backup' copy, go to the Original DVD.

If you have 'cracked' the game for a No-CD program, go back to using the Original DVD.
