So if you had to rank all 5 of Niko's friends (or 4 if you killed Dwayen) what order would you put them in?

 

I would do:

 

5: Packie - I never really warmed up to him. I do not like his addiction, and the fact he cannot eat with Niko is inconvenient (that is such an easy activity and useful straight after a mission). Whilst many of Niko's associates have non-legal jobs, most could be classified as only economic crimes (selling drugs) whereas Packie tends to endanger innocent people's lives more directly (bank robbery, kidnapping). I appreciate the work that went into his family dynamic which is interesting, but the individual family members I find unlikable. I also never felt I had use for his car bomb benefit.

 

4: Brucie - A big positive going for him is the conversation he is probably the most comical of the friends I love that he plans his life in 5 second segments to be a winner But the whole alpha male stuff gets too tiresome for my liking he's a bit more one dimensional than other characters in that regard. It is interesting to have new activities with him, though personally I find say the boating really dull. The races and heli ride are quite fun though.

 

3: Little Jacob - initially when he was introduced I did not know what to think but after that mission when he insists on going with you to the warehouse to meet Dimitri I started to really like him as he seems such a genine friend to put himself at risk like that. He also has really intereesting conversations, and I love his approach to life; his emhasis on respect and peace.

 

2: Dwayne - only reason he is not first is that not all activities can be done with him I wish he played pool! But he's a really interesting chatacter I like that he is more morose and pessimistic than the others it makes him a lot more relatable. The backup offer is also incredibly generous and saved Niko in so many situations.

 

1: Roman - because he is always there for Niko both mission wise and the fact he is available 24 hours for activities is good. He also has the most amusing comments during pool and darts etc he is fun to hang out with.

Also, is there any character that's not a friend you wish could be?

 

I find Florian charmingly frivolous I loved how he called Niko sounding really desperate but it turned out he just wanted a day of fun His benefit could be to be allowed to use the boat any time to travel.

 

Elizabetha seemed really interesting too I'd like if Niko were able to get to know her more. She could give jobs (like Jacob) to supervise meetings with sniper rifle and if they are succesful you drive them back. Her benefit could be unlocking new activity you can go to with friends to go to her apartment when she has a party (so it will be a free activity) and it could feature the dancing mingame.

1. Roman

-Always there for you no matter what. Easily forgiving.

 

2. Dwayne

-Good guy who warms up to you quick. Just needs a pal.

 

3. Brucie and Little Jacob tied

-Can seem hard, but both stays loyal to niko from start to finish.

 

4. Packie

-Very annoying prick. Can be good at times, but other then that, someone i dont like.

 

 

I personally wish Mallory was able to be friends. She liked niko as a friend, and she would of had a pretty good side story.

1) Roman - Always there for Niko. If it weren't for him, Niko wouldn't even have a place to stay.

2) Brucie - Very funny kind of guy. He has much respect for Niko.

3) Little Jacob - Didn't seem like much at first, but as you progress, you'll find that he's actually a great friend. He helped Niko anyway he could.

4) Dwayne - I never really did much with him, but he is a pretty cool guy. Way better than Playboy X.

5) Packie - There are points where I did and didn't like him.

1. Roman - Cousin and free cab service. And all the funny conversations with Niko

2. Packie - Just cool man. Sometimes interesting conversations also.

3. Brucie - Winner, vip, brucie's lifestyle... and all that sh*t yeah. He's a ok dude to hang with.

4. Little Jacob - Maybe Niko's best friends, but i personaly dont like he's rasta sh*t that much. Hes good guy anyway.

5. Dwayne - f*ckin depressed. Only talks about prison and tells life is sh*t. Very boring friend. I always cancel he's activities.
