I really hope they dont use it. In that case it's a toss up. I found that after a bit of practice, I could select whatever weapon I wanted with a swift flick of the thumb opposed to pressing left of the d pad 'X' amount of times to get to the gun you want. But I see how some people with not as much dexterity as I would find it inaccurate and prefer the scroll. Both ways are good, and I wont mind if one or the other is used, but I think it would be BRILLIANT if R* gave us the option between the two. That's one of the things I dislike about GTA IV and previous GTA's, you are limited to one of each type of weapon like one pistol, one SMG, one shotgun, etc..
