Susiside_Mittens
Out of curiousity, is there anyone who did not get the game for gameplay features per se, or not familiar with GTA? If so how did you find that aspect, and did you get into the game anyway? For example, I got the game solely because it featured Ricky Gervais. Am ashamed I had preconceptions because from what I saw from my brother playing Vice City it seemed so gory (a chanisaw mission) and I am not much of a vehichle person, so am really glad my brother convinced me to go ahead and play it anyway. I found Gervais' bits not his best material (the fat people one was good observations, but found the cancer one unfunny - too obviously trying to be shocking.) I loved the mock-interview in the radio station and how he is dumbfounded by the interviewers inane statements like 'I saw a movie about England once' and I liked his remarks on the paparazzi. I wish it would feature Karl Pilkington too! I do not consider myself a "gamer" the only other game I liked is Fable - in a lot of respects GTA has the aspects i liked most about that game but surpassed it that is the non-storyline extra things like minigames and humurous interactions, and the ability to make decisions about morality so I definitely like it for these reasons. Plus it the most engrossing storyline and the conversations are good - the characters seem to have much depth too.
