Multiplayer Heist

Seeing as Rockstar wants to go above and beyond with GTA V's multiplayer, that will require thinking outside of the box. They will need things other than point and shoot, race, free mode, etc.

Because GTA V will focus on bank robbery's, why not throw that into Multiplayer. There would be two teams. The robbers, and the police. It will start out in a building, and certain cops will be assigned different jobs. For example, there could be two cops in a room with surveillance cameras. They will need to detect the robbers, and set off the alarm to allow them to leave the room and chase the robbers. Some cops could patrol the hallways, and the robbers will need to take them out quietly. There could be trip-lazers the robbers need to avoid.

Once the robbers get what they need, the cops would most likely be on their tail by then. So they need to escape, hop in the car (where one guy is waiting to pick them up), and get out. It's a classic Ocean's 11 heist. Each person is assigned jobs, and will require everyone to work together.

I just think something like this would be neat. Of course there could be flaws to what I said, but I'm just throwing out a general Idea. What do you guys think? Could something like this work? Any ideas on how it could be better?

Yes definitely. They should actually add this mode in Multiplayer which lots of people would play. Also it fits into the game aswell, because three people can be playing as trevor, michael or franklin which is linked to the protagonist concept. I think there might be a similar mode in the game already, who knows if rockstar are keeping lots of surprises.

It's actually one of my expectations. I'll be baffled if they don't include some sort of heist mode in Grand Theft Auto V's multiplayer.

Probably something like...

GTA IV's Hangman's NOOSE, Deal Breaker and Bomb Da Base II, that's the way I imagine it.
