goddamn , it looks awesome.

 

EDIT : Just a suggestion , maybe add some more props on the map ? it looks sort of empty , other than that you guys did a very good job.

 

EDIT II : can you guys tell me the music name ?

1) Can`t say anything about more props, may be :)

They could easily change to the San Andreas engine due to the RAGE engine being too complicated.

Vice City 2 has some parts of VCHD, and VCHD has some parts of Vice City 2 however the mods are different.VCHD = 80's VC in HD in original GTAVC universe/canon.Vice City 2 = Present-day VC in HD in GTAIV's universe/canon.

Looks awesome !!

This means you remastered the whole Little Havana / Haiti ?

 

The last screenshot looks damn great. Wondering if it was edited or not. (with visual effects)

Btw, that remastered plate fits the game alot !

 

Happy to see this mod still being developed.

B) Why not go for Vice Voice instead of Vice Today? It'd be more consistent with the GTA Universe instead of a parody of that propaganda machine in the middle of Little Havana (?). Also the fact that it's the only skyscraper for miles around it looks like.

Yeah, some of the parodies here seem pretty lame "Sunday", come on, at least keep it in universe, there's three Subway brands already in GTA.

B) Why not go for Vice Voice instead of Vice Today? It'd be more consistent with the GTA Universe instead of a parody of that propaganda machine in the middle of Little Havana (?). Also the fact that it's the only skyscraper for miles around it looks like.

Some people don't really get the difference between satire and parody. Not to pay out the mod developers too much, but we've seen some pretty poor parodies of real world brands in people's TC's trying too hard to emulate Rockstar-style satire.

 

At least they don't have "GayFC" or "McDoodles".

A) Sorry Sunday was developed 3 years ago and i didn't know about BIte. We have a lot of brands of GTA Universe and we also have a lot of new titles. I think there is no problem

B) About skyscrapers I should say that we plan to destroy Little Haiti and connect this area with the Downtown (which implies the existence of a large number of skyscrapers)

True, but even then why bother making up a new parody of a business that's already existed in the GTA series? And even then, "Bite" is one of the more tame/realistic GTA parodies. Moreso than stuff like [email protected] and Getalife anyway.

Actually I now follows this mod and I'm impressed by it! So, I now have a few questions to you:

 

1. Are you planning do add more interiors (I've already seen an additional interiors in your mod)?

2. Will you plan to release any version of your total conversion for public somewhere this year allowing users to play it?

3. Are you planning do add support for latest GTA EFLC' patch 1.1.3.0 released about a month ago by Rockstar Games?

4. Related to the question above - it's possible when users install your total conversion map mod, they do can still use the phone from original game? If you're wonder why I ask you for this - latest patch cannot run any script / ASI mods due to the fact ScriptHook isn't available for latest GTA IV's (1.0.8.0) and GTA EFLC' (1.1.3.0) versions. IV's ScriptHook have a really sh*tty license which denies any changes in the code which totally eliminates any chances the modders here still active to updating it for latest versions, as its author @aru cannot be contacted for permission anymore and he didn't made the ScriptHookIV's source code available for public. So, this means using for example Simple Native Trainer 6.5 made by @sjaak327 for God Mode, Infinite Vehicle Health or Never Wanted for those updated already to the latest versions of GTA IV / GTA EFLC (like those using the Steam version) won't be possible anytime soon for an unknown time. So my suggestion to you is to keep phone, but do remove all phone numbers used for call people in both TLaD's and TBoGT's original Story Mode, but after peoples install your Vice City 2 mod, they do CAN still access the phone to dial the numbers related to in-game's cheats. Because the cheats could be used as an alternative workaround for the Simple Native trainer which is NOT usable on GTA IV 1.0.8.0 and EFLC 1.1.3.0 (and no any other script mods requiring ScriptHook are usable too).
