People of mixed colour, Lance, CJ, Luis, Franklin. Also a chinese guy, Huang. Most of them were gangsters or in the army, or both. Gay Tony wasn't a protagonist but well, that "gay" topic has been dealt with very well, seeing that TBOGT wasn't that gay, in a negative way. So a woman hasn't been done. GTA 1 doesn't count.
