But im not sure if it will be used for heists, but it could be possible since it is a bank tower. You can also see it again in trailer 1 at 0:39 seconds behind the construction building. Its a tower with many tenants, not just Us Bancorp. And its not a bank. its a building full of offices. The mission could involve fighting your way to the top and jumping off with a parachute to the top of a nearby parking garage where you meet with the other protags and then evade the cops.
