Cant import DFF in Zmodeler

Hi! Im having some trouble importing Vice City DFF in zmodeler. I have just downloaded it, do i need to add a VC patch or something?

 

I have tried both orirignal dff files and other mods with dff files.

 

Any idea whats wrong?
