Gummy Posted February 8, 2013 Share Posted February 8, 2013 Im getting a FATAL ERROR EFC20 when trying to launch GTA EFLC, it works on my laptop but when I want to start a new game it says that autoload is unavailable and it loads a loading screen with GTA IV characters instead and after the loading it crashes. help me, eager to play this game for years. Miro Posted February 8, 2013 Share Posted February 8, 2013 The game must be launched through Rockstar Games Social Club "PLAY" button, and you must use the original "LaunchGTAIV.exe" that came with the game. If these conditions are not met you will see the EFC20 Error. That's what a Rockstar Games employee said some time ago related to this error. However, if this happens to not work, try to completely remove the game and do a fresh install. By the way, where you have the game from? Using any mods? Playing with the DVD in your Drive?
