Cody5699 Posted February 8, 2013 Share Posted February 8, 2013 Hello, I was running a roleplay server and a player named LieutenantCaine join as an EMS. He knew when every single players health go down by 1%, and he would in 1 second say that he is dispatched and tells the player to stands still. When he was on, his Windows LIVE status was offline.
