Original Light
Hey everyone. I haven't played GTA IV since summer, and it worked fine then. No mods are installed. I only use mods on my separate EFLC install directory. Anyway, I just stated playing it again yesterday. And now there's no reflections from the headlights of cars, and tail lights don't turn on at all. I checked out EFLC to see if it had the same problem, just to see if it was my system, and it worked fine. So it must have something to do with the files in GTA IV. The game is legit by the way. Any ideas on how I could solve this? I experience this while playing the game. It's a version form Gamestop, and runs online with Windows Live. My operating system is a Core i7, GTX 570, and I have 12 gigs of RAM. Well above the needed requirements. Thanks in advance. Red Hat
Did you try downloading the latest patch of GTA IV? If not click here . It will fix a lot of errors and problems. And Install the latest driver for your Video Card/GPU If it is NVIDIA you are using click here , if you are using ATI/AMD then click here. If that dint work, post your System Specification. Original Light
I have patch 7. I have the latest driver for my card, but I'm having problems with it, so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it. Here's the other topic I created about my card problem: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtop...entry1062209486 For now, I'm going to try to reinstall the game, and see if that helps. Nevermind, it works! I just copied my common from EFLC to GTA IV, and it worked! Edited February 8, 2013 by Original Light
