ChocoFrosty
(I'll save you the backstory and get right to it) I have the DLC of TBOGT on my PS3. I am buying the physical/disc version of GTA IV: The Complete Edition (I no longer have the original GTA IV disc I was playing with before). So, I'm curious. When I play TBOGT will it just read from the disc, or still access the DLC that is on my system? I'm just wondering, because I'd like to delete the DLC file (which takes up a lot of HDD space), but I want to be sure I'm not deleting something that would make the game run faster if it still defaults to using the DLC. Thanks!
Lancet
If you use the basic GTA4 disc, it'll access the DLC. If you use the EfLC disc, it'll use that disc and ignore the DLC. They're two separate discs, one with GTA4, one with TLAD+TBoGT.
ChocoFrosty
If you use the basic GTA4 disc, it'll access the DLC. If you use the EfLC disc, it'll use that disc and ignore the DLC. They're two separate discs, one with GTA4, one with TLAD+TBoGT. The Complete Edition for PS3 is actually on one disc. Edit: I almost didn't realize you seem to have answered my question. It will probably just read from the disc and ignore the DLC. Thanks!
