Drive-away	You know what? I'm a nice guy. I'm going to help those hobos that ruining my city with their filth. Get to The Well Stacked Pizza in Idlewood and steal the truck. It's guarded buy 4 guards that carry SMG. You gotta kill 'em, but be careful, they can't be headshot. Drive the truck to the trailers near Los Santos Bridge and feed those filthy pigs.	3 completed quests, Level 3	$200, 150exp	None.

Los Santos got pretty wild since you arrived here. Seems you becoming slowly famous around the neighborhood. Anyway, I now trust you more than before.

You create missions that are written in Las Venturas section. Whan you create them you gain money, respect, you can also buy weapons or houses for the money you gain whan making missions.

I thought the missions that are in the section are QUESTS but the missions you make with your own ideas using your inventory are NON-QUEST.

@VProductions: You create quests that are in the "Quest Area" for example:

 

Your first mission is "First Delivery" so you must do a mission fitting it's description.

 

About missions, yes. You can create your own missions that are not in the "Quest Area" but still get rewards.
