I'm really glad I started watching the Arrow on netflix, because I had heard about the Flash before but had zero interest in watching a "dumb CW show", I got kinda burned on Smallville. But damn, great show (my wife even likes it) and this was a stellar episode. Major props to the showrunners for making Thea the killer. She was literally the last person I would have expected to kill Sara. I do have to say I abhor fakeout deaths, and Oliver's death is obviously one, and that's my only gripe. I can't believe it's Wells, I didn't think they would have made it that obvious. There must be another twist somewhere along the way. This episode wasn't my favorite, this season has been kind of a let-down. Especially the flashbacks. His powers are super speed and time travel, not multiplication. And if it's Wells from two different time lines, then why didn't future Reverse Flash have the tachyon thing that present Wells put on the suit? It would have been there in the future. And why didn't his wounds heal super fast like Barry? And if he's not the Reverse Flash, why could have say Merry Christmas in the Deep vibrating voice? As for Arrow... I mean, John Barrowman is always amazing. This version of Ra's Al Ghul is ...Not amazing. I think the hair, voice, beard and ...Other things are what keep me from liking him. I kinda hope the next episode is mostly the ATOM taking over for Ollie and him being thrown in the Lazarus pit (Cause it'd be kinda awkward to have the show be called Arrow without him). Be it his primary goal or his secondary. What if Flash is the one who dropped Barry off 20 blocks away.. We know they were both there. What if Zoom's intentions were to just up and kill all of em, and Barry's mom was the only one he couldn't save? Or, kind of like a Spider-Man moment here, gave up on saving ...Sacrificed to R.F. because he knew it would eventually lead to him becoming the Flash and saving dozens of people? EDIT: Here's an infinitely more f*cked up theory... What if R.F. deduced that Barry persued a career in the police because of his mom's death, and that was the only reason he was at that lab when the accelerator exploded, Which in turn gave him super speed, making him the Flash. So what if Flash and Reverse Flash both went back in time to the night Nora died. But instead Flash killed his own mother to ensure his superhero origins, which R.F. wanted to stop everything so that the Flash wouldn't exist in the first place? If flash is as good I'll check that out too, if it's on netflix or hulu. That's how I started with these two shows, I put Arrow on from NetFlixs for a lark and really liked it. I had even heard that the Flash was going to be a show, and had seen pics of his costume, but didn't care because it was on the CW. I had watched Smallville on the WB and been let down. Aside from the stupid film/tv tropes involving the dumb bimbo laurel not leaving when her dad told her toand thea and her bad boy scumbag bf with a change of heart it was great. Not as good as season one IMO cause it was mostly action and the backstory seemed forced and random. But I did like the ending because the city has already gone to sh*t twice so I don't care about that as much as I do Olivers' backstory. And WTF is with him. Here I think he's FINALLY over the dumbass bimbo cliche chick who's always in the superheros way but NOPE. Dude. There are not one but TWO beautiful, smart, and badass blondes you could be with and you still love that bitch laurel? Time to start watching flash. Last I heard it was on HULU.
