Have Your Picture Taken with Jizzy & Pulaski

For Jizzy:

 

Step 1. Retrieve the Camera (from the Johnson house or Avispa country club, for example)

 

Step 2. Activate the Ice cold killa mission, do it as usual but try to destroy his chariot without killing him and he'll start running.

 

Step 3. Enter one of the recruit any cheats (Down, Square, Up, R2(2), Up, Right(2), Up or R2(3), X, L2, L1, R2, L1, Down, X)

 

Step 4. You'll be able to recruit him, do so and recruit a random pedestrian as well. Make sure Jizzy and the ped are a short distance and maintain it be pressing down to make them stationary. Switch to the camera, walk up to the recruited random ped, wait for a popup that'll say "press L1 to have your picture taken." After doing so, walk over to Jizzy and press L1 again. Then save the photo by clicking yes or no.

For Pulaski, follow the same steps but activate the High noon mission (duh) and you must enter the destroy all cars cheat (R2, L2, R1, L1, L2, R2, Square, Triangle, Circle, Triangle, L2, L1) before he gets in his Buffalo and then he'll start running. You can then recruit him and follow the same remaining steps as with Jizzy.

 

Be quick because after a few minutes the recruitment wears off for some reason.
