Step 1. Enter the vehicle of death cheat. (L1, L2(2), Up, Down(2), Up, R1, R2(2))

 

Step 2. Activate the mission.

 

Step 3. Enter the destroy all cars cheat (R2, L2, R1, L1, L2, R2, Square, Triangle, Circle, Triangle, L2, L1) repeatedly while inside your chariot.

 

Step 4. Enjoy as you reach insane levels at an alarming rate.

 

Additionally, you can do this during a wanted level to raise your killed tally and your respect tally.

 

Bonuses to this:

 

-Acquiring maximum cash quickly.

 

-Receiving King of San Andreas rating quickly. Actually, the destroy all cars cheat (unlike other cheats) does bring your rating up a little bit. Enter it and check for yourself if you don't believe me. Plus this trick will get you tons of bountiful levels of cash in a matter of minutes. Cash increases your rating and will continue to increase your rating even after reaching the cash limit. Plus mission progression increases the rating. This trick is sort of like, "don't knock it til you try."

If you destroy a plane using destroy all vehicles cheat you get 30 criminal points but lose 10 for the cheat. If you Spawn 100 planes you get 3000 for destroying them and -10 for the cheat, netting you 2990 per code. Using a macro with all these planes in front of you gives KOSA in less than 10 minutes.
