A being trained soldier in Las Venturas Military Base. PVT.Jack: He is from Las Venturas. Non known to Allen. A being trained soldier in Las Venturas Military Base. CPT: He is training soldiers in Las Venturas Military Base. The Captain of the base.Name Connor. Revealed later in the story.
