That effect cannot be achieved with a filter. Some of it might be, but some bits are clearly dawn in, like the zipper and the necklace he's holding up. I have done some very minor interpolated rotoscope stuff before... but I was unaware of its name of existence as a "technique", I mate wanted a press shot that looked hand drawn, so I basicly did the interpolated rotoscope technique, but to a single picture/1 frame.. just watched some youtube vids on it.. I haven't seen them in any store yet but if you have, let me know! Oh, if you were wondering where they confirmed it, look in the recent comments of the official delay post on the Newswire. Its up close to the top. EDIT: I was aware that these were real from the first time I saw them, but I thought I'd type this up because I haven't seen Rockstar confirm it yet. They might as well put them up for fans to download.. I'd love to have them.
