DOUGL4S1
Here in Brazil we don't really have gangsters, we have more like factions that drive any stolen car they find, but every single drug dealer buys one of these when they get in a bit of money, just to park in front of their simple house in the Favelas because they turned their garage into a living room: CRAZY AL WARD

GTA-Biker
I did a bit of research about Croatian mob,and found out which cars did some well known local mobsters drive. The photos will be in spoilers since some of them are taken at the scenes of mob hits,so they could be NSFW. This BMW belonged to mobster Željko Šobot, this photo was taken in 1999 after he was shot in his car. This BMW belonged to the nephew of Vjeko Sliško,a well known mobster from the 90s.It's an old photo from around 10 years ago when he crashed the car. This Mercedes Benz belonged to a mobster Vinko Žuljević,who was shot to death a few years ago. There was another well known, but small time mobster from the 90s called Damir Džeba, who apparently drove a Jeep (but since I couldn't find the photo of his car,and in Croatian slang any SUV can be called a Jeep,I'm not sure was it an actual Jeep),and once in 1999 ran over flowers in front of Croatian National Theater with it while high on coke, which apparently pissed off then Croatian president Tuđman, leading to some people believeing the government was involved with his death. The article I read also mentioned he once crashed a borrowed motorcycle into a pile of garbage, but didn't say which bike was it. And if outlaw motorcycle clubs count, then there's also the local chapter of HA,which of course ride Harleys.
Garfield 2
If we're going historical, Poland in the 90s was this: ^ That's a W140 600SEL W140 500SE and W124 300D W126 500SE This picture was taken in the United States - the guys are after purchasing a brand new Mitsubishi 3000 GT which was exported to Poland a week later. Article from a newspaper in 1992 - picture taken outside the house of Wojciech Kielbinski, very known gangster, murdered in February 1996. And finally to end it all. Picture taken on the 5th of December 1999. This is when the leader of "Polish mafia" was killed. Just when he was putting his skis back into his W220 S500. Fun fact: He was the first to own a W220 in Europe. (Even before the CEO of Mercedes-Benz). This is not an urban myth, it's something the "no. 2" gangster in Poland has said himself in his book.
