That's the best contributor across all of the subforums in GTA Series Chat (i.e. GTA V, GTA IV etc) so specifically good contributions about the games. And for the others like Music talk it would be best contributions in just that subforum. I can't remember the answer, but I think Girish or Ryan told me that there was way too less activity and too less people to nominate / vote since the San Andreas Save N' Plays weren't so many as they used to.
