Georgios12 Posted January 18, 2013 Share Posted January 18, 2013 I've noticed on some topics about what R* are hiding, but I haven't seen a a devoted topic to it so here it is. If there is one, sorry. Now. I think.. We know R* is keeping a lot back from the previews, trailers etc and a few things I think they are hiding include: the extent of the 'smaller towns'; wildlife, hidden military bases and countryside; the TRUE size of the map(I think at least half hasn't been shown); the true extent of underwater; Mt Chiliad, and finally, I really do think they aren't revealing car customisation, as a surprise in the game when we first play it. I think this because the shot with the red comet with the spoiler etc got me thinking that that can't just be a randomly generated 'rare' sport version of it. There's a bit too much customisation. And also the rims of some cars we've seen don't seem stock to me. So what else do you think R* are hiding? And please, no people saying things like 'find out when you play it' because with that attitude this forum would either be dead or just speculation on released info only. It kinda sucks that you wont be able to buy properties,really wanted that. I am really wondering about GTA V DLC which Take-Two mentioned as ''Very Interesting'' ,Zombies? I'm thinking in terms of properties it may work the same way as the Ridgewood Farm property on Red Dead where you can pay like $5 to stay a night (obviously you would pay more in modern times). I think that was a good concept, and we already know there is a massive hotel in the game, so the possibility of staying here, or in motels dotted around the map doesn't seem unlikely to me. If there was one, I would absolutely love it. The kind of city I would like would be an expanded version of that little seaside town in San Andreas, in the top left area of the map, above San Fierro. R* never tells everything in previews. Actually think... Anyways, I think R* is obviously keeping the towns wildlife, and a lot of locations to themselves. I've noticed that R* is just giving us different angles of the same shots. Either they're hiding something, or they're like "oh, give em another screen, they'll be happy even though we put littlr effort into it and it's basically the same thing, idiots, lulz" Hell, it's probably both.
